Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a physical store in central Copenhagen at Studiestræde 18 (near Stroget). You can visit us there between Monday to Saturday.



Can I cancel or change my order?

As long as the order is not shipped you can make any necessary changes. Please contact us immediately.

I’m experiencing troubles with my order. Can you help?

Simply contact us via e-mail/social media or call us. We will make sure your problem gets sorted out quickly.




What payment methods does Liafi Studio accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and MobilePay.

All credit card payments are securely processed via nets


How do I get a refund after returning an item?

In general, you will be refunded one business day after we have received the returned items. Please note your bank’s or credit card company’s processing times.

Refunds from returns will be booked onto the payment method that was used on the original order (credit card, MobilePay). Refunds cannot be booked on a different payment method than the one that was used for the original order.



How can I consign my products with Liafi Studio?


  1. If you have clothing that you do not wear anymore and want to sell, please get in touch.
  2. Just send us photos and details of your product via e-mail/social media and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  3. Once we had a look at them, we decide which pieces you can sell with us and together agree on a price.
  4. Bring them to our store or simply send them to us.

How much commission do you take?

We take a commission fee of 50%.  After the sale, we transfer you your share via MobilePay.


What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

We do our best to sell your item. If after a certain period it has not sold yet, we will mark it down or ask you to kindly take the item back.


Where do you ship from?

We are shipping from Copenhagen, Denmark.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes we offer international shipping.


How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping within Denmark is free, outside of Denmark a small fee is added to your order.

Will I be charged extra fees and taxes for delivery?

If you live outside of Europe you may have to pay duty taxes and import fees according to the destination country’s law.
Please inform yourself about this before purchasing in our web shop.

How fast will my order ship and how long does it take?

We usually ship orders within 2 working days. Usually the package reaches you within a week after dispatch, depending on where you are based.


Which shipping providers do you use?

We use Dao for orders within Denmark. For Europe and the rest of the world we use DHL Express.


How can I track my order?

You can find the tracking info in the shipping confirmation sent to you via e-mail.


Can I also just pick-up my order in your store?

Yes, just drop us a message first and we prepare it for you.




Am I able to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Just drop us a message first and we will let you know how to proceed.


Please note the item has to be in the same condition as you received it otherwise we have to deduct a percentage based on the returned condition.




Are all of your products authentic?

Yes. We authenticate all items as we receive them and only offer products that pass the authentication process.

How can I get a discount?

You can get a discount code if you sign up for our newsletter and frequently check our social media.
